Work in practice

Examine what happens in practice.
Claims about innovation are easy to make. The useful questions are whether a system works reliably, how its decisions affect different people and whether an organisation can explain and defend its use.
I bring operational experience, technical understanding and scrutiny to those questions. I also write and speak about what I find, so the lessons can be useful beyond an individual project.
