Work and opportunity
More than two decades in recruitment has shown me how jobs, skills and good decisions can change lives, and how poorly designed systems can shut people out.

01 / Perspective
Technology is changing how we work, how organisations make decisions and how people experience public and private institutions. Those changes are too important to be left only to technologists.
My career has taught me to look past the headline and ask what a system does in practice, who benefits, who carries the risk and who is accountable when it goes wrong.
Good policy starts with understanding how decisions actually get made.
02 / The thread
A career spent understanding institutions from the inside, then helping them make better decisions.
More than two decades in recruitment has shown me how jobs, skills and good decisions can change lives, and how poorly designed systems can shut people out.
I help leaders separate useful innovation from noise and make AI safer, fairer and more accountable in the decisions that affect people.
I have joined the Conservative Party's list of approved parliamentary candidates, ready to bring practical experience and careful scrutiny into public life.
Politics is ultimately about the kind of country we leave to the next generation.
03 / More than a CV
I am a husband, a father of two and a proud member of the Jewish community. Those parts of my life shape how I think about belonging, responsibility and the importance of standing up when people are treated unfairly.
Away from job titles and public platforms, I value straight answers, good humour and people who take their responsibilities seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
